Meet our Chief Talent Officer, Sarah Ziemba. With a talent for finding and developing people, Sarah is dedicated to helping ANB build a dynamic and high-performing team. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and is a graduate of the HR Management program from the Graduate School of Banking. She also holds both SHRM-CP and PHR credentials.
Sarah is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, believing that people are the greatest asset of any organization. Sarah is committed to creating an environment where every employee can thrive and reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Sarah spends her time with her two kids, husband, and dog. She enjoys spending time outdoors and loves exploring new places and believes in the importance of recharging and spending quality time with loved ones.
What’s next on her list? Travel! Sarah would love to explore some of the world’s most remote tropical islands and enjoy some time on the beach.
